About Me

Hi, I’m Fatima Fazal, a data and analytics professional with a background in medicine and research.

My journey started in Pakistan, where I trained as a physician, developing a deep appreciation for problem-solving and evidence-based decision-making. After moving to the U.S. in 2018, I spent five years in research and project management, leading international teams and collaborating across functions to solve multi-faceted challenges in operations, compliance, and strategy. This experience reinforced my understanding of how data, when used effectively, can drive smarter decisions and meaningful outcomes.

In May 2024, I earned a Master’s in Business Analytics from Carnegie Mellon, where I developed expertise in predictive modeling, machine learning, and data visualization. More than just building models and analyzing numbers, I learned how to take data and turn it into clear, actionable insights, making it meaningful for both technical experts and those who just need the big picture.

Now, I'm focused on making sense of complex problems, finding patterns that matter, and turning them into insights that lead to real, informed decisions.
